A Note From Brian Warren

This series has been my obsession for the last 12 years, and it is my greatest pleasure to be able to share it with you. If I had known the incredible ordeal publishing would have entailed when I first began, I might have opted to write privately for my own amusement. Yet having achieved the remarkable labor of publishing the work you now have, I am reminded my journey is but half complete.

Not only is the story only half told, but my vision for even the first half of the work is, as yet, incomplete. My vision is of a beautifully bound hardback printed on high quality paper, and most importantly, absolutely covered in gorgeous artwork by fantastically talented artists. I want for you, the reader, to be able to truly see the panoramic vistas I have endeavored to paint with purple prose, and to lick your lips in lust at erotic scenes, sexually explicit full color renditions of the many such scenes in the story. In short, I want to fully create this world within the realm of imagination for you to enjoy and visit over and again.

Now for what you actually came here for: info about this mysterious Brian Warren fellow. I'm not sure what to put here or how to describe myself. To start I probably should answer the obvious question. Yes, I really am that much of a perverted deviant! Now that we have that out of the way...

I live a fairly mundane life (much to my dismay!) in Austin, Texas. I work in the technology realm, have no pets, and when writing and/or editing don't consume all my waking hours, enjoy back to nature type outdoorsy activities, playing my hand drums, indulging in debauchery, practicing martial arts, meeting new people, philosophizing on modern life, miscellaneous arts and crafts, and seeking adventure wherever it may be found. One thing I don't do nearly enough of is visiting far flung and exotic places.

Despite my studies into science, I've had too many experiences of things that ought to have been impossible to believe the world is a sane and rational place. There is still plenty of room in our modern world for the shaman, sorceror, and things that go bump in the night. To me the universe is a mysterious and complex place we have barely begun to grasp the dynamics of. The unknown element beyond measurement or estimation, some call it spirit, plays a large role in my life and my work. In short, I'm still learning and growing, doing my best to understand both the esoteric and mundane aspects of existence and use that understanding to lead a productive and enjoyable life.
